Download the installer of Fonzie from the following page: https://fonzer.zendesk.com/hc/en-be/articles/4405232017809--Fonzie-initial-setup
Once the installation is complete, log in with:
- Email address and password
- Tick the 'Remember me' checkbox
- Click on 'Sign in
Fonzie opens and you click on the icon (avatar) at the top right.
In this setting, you give attention to:
- the user
- the fact that only 'Focus On Ringing' is activated
- Click on Save in the top right corner and restart Fonzie
- Afterwards, click again on Dial in the menu bar and make the application small (minimised)
It is important to make sure that you know what your default browser is and that you check that setting in the Windows/Mac environment. Fonzie always links to your default browser!
For the Fonzie pop up to work, Fonzie must be active (may be minimised) and there must be an active session within the CRM package.
