A personal voicemail box is useful when a user has a direct dial-in number.
To set the personal voicemail box, go to [Edit user] in the Company Panel.
You can enter any PIN code that you need to use to listen to your voicemail messages via your device that is linked to the user. In the pop-up window you can determine whether or not a user is assigned a voicemail.

You can choose a welcome message from the shopping library. You can also upload or record a new mp3 welcome message via the phone that is linked to the user (see below).
To listen to your personal voicemail messages or to record your welcome message via the telephone connected to the user, call * 96 (optionally followed by the PIN code).
If messages have already been recorded, you will hear the following menu (otherwise you will only get “Press 7”):
Press 1 to listen to the next message.
Press 2 to listen to the previous message.
Press 3 to mark the message as unread
Press 4 to delete the message.
Press 5 to listen to the message again.
Press 6 to call back.
Press 7 to record your welcome message.
Press * for an explanation of the possibilities of the voicemail.
With the [Transfer] app, the personal calling plan of the user is followed.
You can create one or more company voicemail boxes, for example for different company telephone numbers or times.
These voicemail boxes are then used in the call rules.
Clicking on the block opens a pop-up.
A voicemailbox gives you a voicemailbox numbers
You will need this number to manage the voicemail box via a telephone device that is linked to a user who is authorized.
You can determine how long the messages must be kept (7d / 30d / 90d / 180d).
The welcome message can be loaded here via drag and drop or can be recorded via the telephone connected to one of the users who is authorized to manage the voicemail box.
In addition to an additional e-mail address, you can authorize one or more users per company voicemail box to manage the voicemail box.
